Don't buy the Coles Shortcrust..it had green fungus on it when we opened it today. It was frozen from Coles. My wife just went back to show Coles Cardinia Lakes Pakenham, where we bought them. Totally not acceptable.

This isn't my local Coles, but I wish it was! There is more variety than my local when it comes to the Deli, especially when it comes to specialist cheese. My store only has the normal cheese range.

We recently moved to this area from country town.since then we have been shopping in this Coles (Cardinia lake)..in over all experience we found staff specially on the register are careless and rude...looks like they not interested in working...behave as if they working in Coles for free......doesn't greet u or wish u,this is a fare story they don't smile at u pretend as ur buying stuff for free and they paying ur bill...Manager and other Asian girl are helpful and nice....Coles has to trained there staff as they have trained them in countryside...... Countryside Coles are best.....to shop... Coles we don't expect such a poor service from you... Security guy Here is much better than the staff.they have to learn from him...he is a true Gentleman

I find that most of the fruit and veggies are not fresh as they promote ...it's about time they labelled all fruit and veggies with labels when the time of when they were picked?
