Easy parking just outside the automatic doors with ground access for strollers and wheelchairs. Large aisles that are clearly marked and plenty of checkout machines.
I like the layout of the store. You can locate items easy and saves less time. Friendly staff and a convenient way to shop.
Terrible customer service! Waited at the kiosk for 15 minutes to get money out before giving up and lining up at the register next to it. Get to to the cashier and she TELLS ME TO WAIT FOR TWO CUSTOMERS WHO JUST TURNED UP TO THE KIOSK WHERE I HAD BEEN WAITING. ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!! Was a regular customer but won't EVER be back
Love the staff here. There are a couple regular staffers that are really friendly and memorable which is becoming rarer by the day.nStock levels can be a little on/off, but the range is better than some of the other local Coles, and you can find some of the best discounted/flash sale products here.nNot really much going on around it anymore like there used to be and it is pretty much the last store standing in what used to be a complex with good variety. The intention was to develop...... something.... but it seems no one can work out what that is and what it is meant to be anymore.nIt wouldn't be my first choice of Coles in the area, but that has very little to do with the store itself. It won't disappoint if it's your local and it serves its purpose and better than no Coles at all.
This is one of my most favorite supermarket. It is huge and cozy. The staff are definitely nice and helpful and always smile to us. Both me and my wife enjoy shopping here.
