Always find the staff friendly and willing to go the extra mile to get you what you want.... have been dealing with Telstra pakenham since the shop opened never had a problem

As a Telstra pre paid customer cor over 10yrs i finally got a new phone (Samsung galaxy S8) i got looked after really well and service was excellent i couldn't ask for anything more than that!! My recommendation for customer service person would be Grace she was so friendly and helpful and didn't try to get you to purchase the most expensive phone and really listened to what i could or couldn't afford. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TELSTRA!!!!
