Very Disappointed with the Service of the Manager Pharmacist.nnI went to the pharmacy to get my medication for my mom and an Indian lady whose name was starting with V Vicky as far as I remember the manager was taking my prescription. I told her that I want the pharmacy brand and whenever I mentioned the pharmacy brand she spoke over me and did not let me ask for the pharmacy brand. Then I waited for her to stop talking over me and mentioned to her clearly that I want the pharmacy brand. She took no notice of that. I told her three times that I want the pharmacy brand but gave me the original which is of a higher price. This has happened to my mom before as well. When I took the medication home, my mom said that it is not the pharmacy brand and I had to go back to get a refund. They gave a refund but it has not come to my account immediately and now I have to chase it up. This happened to my mom before because of the carelessness of this lady and my mom never got her refund.nnMy mother says that she never goes to this Indian lady as she disrespectfully ignores her requests. She warned me previously about this lady but I did not think much about it.nnThis lady as wasted out time, energy and money. All those who see this comment, just make sure that you get the right medication and do not let this woman cheat you. If this happens again and if I do not get my refund, I will have to make a complaint to the relevant authorities.
Rude staff. She told me off for opening a perfume that was already opened. I told her that it’s hard to tell what’s a tester and what’s an actual product when the product is open and out of the box I then asked her help to find a perfume and felt so rushed.
Very Rude staff in this store and it’s not the first time ! They don’t have any respect for customers and bad communication skills ! I mean staff who are not dealing with meds.
It’s so narrow and always impossible to look at things. Trying to get past people in an aisle is hard on it’s own. The Staff would always rather talk amongst themselves whilst serving you. It’s a bit hit and miss here but I avoid just because how overwhelming it is with even minimal people around. I can’t imagine it being wheelchair accessible
Went in 5 minutes prior to closing time to have a couple of stat decs signed for work, was declined as it was too late in the evening..... for a stamp & signature..... first and last time customer
