It has what I need and is better than some of the other Big W stores.
I went to buy printer yesterday. When I grabbed one, it nearly fell those unsafe objects on me! see pictures attachedHow could they leave it like that? Imagine if there’s a kids around. One day also, I went straight to home entertainment for an assistant. The young guy and the very thick make up lady enjoying chatting, they both don’t bother to stop and help customers out! What a shocking customer service! You deserve my 1 star. Wish there a zero to choose.
Well it’s not my favourite place to shop but it will do for now. I can’t really tell who are staff members or customers. I can’t really ask for help I often find staff members are talking very loud. It would be helpful if they were approachable for help or advice and maybe help find items.
Tyson needs professional development on his customer service skills. He has no phone manner; answers the phone just saying hello. I thought i had the wrong number and had to ask if I had called big W. When I asked for help regarding product availability I was hung up on multiple times. Tyson should not be in customer service if he is not willing to help out customers who pay for his wage!!!!!
OMG , Big W Pakenham is THE BEST ! Had an amazing experience shopping there, everything was so easy to find and the staff were super helpful . Found some awesome deals and the store's got all the essentials . Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area . 10/10 would shop again !
