I went to buy printer yesterday. When I grabbed one, it nearly fell those unsafe objects on me! see pictures attachedHow could they leave it like that? Imagine if there’s a kids around. One day also, I went straight to home entertainment for an assistant. The young guy and the very thick make up lady enjoying chatting, they both don’t bother to stop and help customers out! What a shocking customer service! You deserve my 1 star. Wish there a zero to choose.

Just had the best customer service experience in the party shop. Zoe is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendliest person I have come across in a long time. She went out of her way to help me in my rushed state to organise balloons. Can’t say how much I appreciate great service. Well done Zoe. You are a star!

I asked a tall , tanned young man of he worked therenHis response  ? Unfortunately  yes !!!nI was like , well if you don't like working here , lm sure someone  needs a job.nnCouldn't  believe  it really .nSome staff are really lovely  , but the vibe there isn't  a happy one , as in most retail environments , they expect more and more done with less staff .nnI think they are getting alittle  bit more variety , which is definitely  needed in all areas of clothing  etc

I regularly shop at Big W Pakenham on weekends, and every time, I’m genuinely impressed by one staff member in particular – Akshit Gupta. He’s a tall, energetic team member who always stands out for his outstanding customer service.nnWhether it’s the self-checkouts or assistedncheckouts, Akshit is constantly on the move—helping everyone quickly, efficiently, and always with a friendly smile. He doesn’t just do his job—he owns it. I’ve seen him handle multiple customers at once without ever looking stressed or frustrated.nnHe’s approachable, fast, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a smooth experience. Honestly, he’s the best customer service person I’ve ever come across in retail. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and consistent week after week.nnBig W is lucky to have him.

Disappointed with the service. Placed an order for click and collect as I’m on limited time to get into a store and actually shop. Spoke to someone in store after 4pm order placed 5:30am and was advised it was still being picked. Fast forward to midday the next day.. no order still. No answer of the phone in store and no way to get customer service being a weekend. Have had to cancel the order due to lack of response and no way to contact anyone. Actually needed those items and now will be going without as my timeframe to collect is up.
