Had to go to specifically to the party area. Had a bunch of questions and the staff were fantastic and very helpful to steer you into he right direction.

Tidy store with lovely and helpful staff. If you come by first thing or last thing the staffing can be a little light.nnGood stock levels in the toys section which is nice this time of year circa Nov 23

No air conditioning extremely unorganised no staff when I walked around for 20 minutes looking for staff the one particular product that I want to purchase for my daughter they could not locate it. None of them looked in the computer to see if there was some in stock extremely poor experience, the owner operator or head office need to look into it as the staff and management of this location have dropped the ball, severely.

I enjoy shopping at this store because it is local and the staff are always friendly.

Sharni and Zoe both helped me out with a faulty PS5, they were fantastic and helpful and pleasant the entire time.nnDot, the Big W virtual assistant, is another story. Possibly one of the worst things to happen to customer service, ever. Get a new AI and have Sharni and Zoe train it up, and move Dot into the Recycle Bin.
