Love shopping at this store. Always has great specials. My only complaint would be that there are never any trolleys for customer use. I have a disability and i use a mobility aid to get around. I need a shopping trolley to put my items in. Spotlight management can you please get more trolleys for your store.
nSharlita and Kelly deserve the biggest shout-out.nI came into the store overwhelmed and emotional and ended up crying. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely supportive during a really vulnerable moment.nThe store was busy, and instead of rushing me, Kelly literally shopped my entire basket for me so I could breathe and get through the moment. On top of that, I accidentally left items on the counter and Sharlita ran after me to make sure I got them.nThis wasn’t just good customer service — it was pure humanity. In the middle of a hectic retail environment, they showed care, dignity, and real compassion.nIf management is reading this: these two are exceptional. Please look after them the way they look after customers.nThank you, Sharlita and Kelly. I won’t forget your kindness
Great staff and great prices especially if you're a member however online ordering is not so great. 3 times completed an online order to find majority of items aren't available then i walk around the shop to find them. Won't be doing online shopping again but love the store.
With a sale on at the time, the store was well stocked. The staff were lovely and helpful. I was purchasing dinnerware and was able to get what I needed. Plenty of parking and easy access
Yesterday I went to Penrith store to buy wadding for a quillow. There wasn't much on the roll, so I asked at the counter. Sienna went out of her way to assist, sourcing a thicker wadding for me. It was still in the plastic wrap, very big and cumbersome. She cut it open, and cut the amount for me with willingness and a smile.nSo refreshing to be assisted by a young girl who knows the product and wants to serve. Thank you, Sienna.
