Well stocked , friendly helpful knowledgeable YOUNG staff older lady staff still short and kinda rude to customers like in most spotlights
Spotlight is always decent for what you need however their staff are really lacking in knowledge of their products. I asked for something pretty simple and ended up having to ask 3 people to get an answer. The guy at the counter made up for it by giving great customer service. I also got great service from Malindy. The only problem is the lack of staff on the floor who are there to help customers not just stick shelves. Overall it’s great to get what you need for all your projects and prices are always pretty good.
Always a great experience at this Spotlight.nPlenty of parking, easy to get to and the team members are so helpful. Best Spotlight around
I had an amazing experience at the party/balloon counter. The 2 women were so extremely helpful, cheerful and kind . They made my day. They were really busy but still took time to help everyone that came by, going over and above each time. So I can't commend them enough. A big thanks to the 2 women that work that counter on Saturdays.
Waited at the made to measure counter not to be served. Went to the front counter and waited in line to be told you can’t make a payment there and sent back to the made to measure counter someone would serve me. I’m still waiting 15 minutes later. No one wants to serve you.
