Came into the store twice today, three hours apart, and was remembered by the employees which was lovely! Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Janelle at the counter was a delight.nnI was also very impressed by the quality and variety of stock that was available. While some of the presentation could be improved, everything was very accessible and easy to find. I will definitely be returning!
Just purchased my dji osmo from Penrith store. Emily provided great service in assisting me with price beat and held the unit for me and Sarah the manager just made the whole experience great. I had a great experience at Anaconda Penrith thanks to Layla’s excellent customer service. She took the time to understand my friend’s and my hiking needs and gave us specific, well informed recommendations. Layla helped us compare the Salomon Alphaglide and the Salomon X Ultra 360 GTX, clearly explaining the differences and which would suit our use case best. She was extremely honest, kind, helpful, and patient, especially while we took our time deciding between two great options. With her help, we ultimately chose the Alphaglide and are very happy with the decision. The store was clean, well organised, and had plenty of sales, including discounts on both shoes we were recommended. This is definitely a store I would return to and recommend to others.
I went to this store yesterday to look for a pair of beginner-friendly trail runners as my friends and I have started to do hikes together and explore national parks and mountains. I went in here without too much expectations, worried about having to pay high prices for good quality gear, as everywhere online had reflected that. However upon walking towards the shoe aisle and asking Layla for recommendations, we realised that Anaconda had amazing prices for great quality shoes. Layla assisted us in choosing and recommending shoes, and it ultimately came down to two pairs of Salomon’s, the Alphaglide and X Ultra 360s, while my friend and I took our time deciding and weighing our options, Layla was extremely kind and helpful while also being honest and really patient as we didn’t have any clue on which hiking shoes to buy when we walked in.
