Neat store with many sports accessories. Located next to office works in crossroads just opposite Costco. Plenty of parking lots outside the store.
Great service. Was served by a guy by the name of Alessandro and he helped me with buying some new football boots. He helped to ensure I got the right size boots and they fit my foot perfectly! Rudest staff, they will try their best to avoid helping you when you looking around the store. I asked 2 of them today by saying exuse me. They just kept walking. Young, rude staff pretending to do something in order not to speak to customers. Horrible customer service.
I share this bc ,when I had bn served at counter ,this other chick said to me at the counter to move over, as she was packing my purchases, this other server seemed very rude,and being of brown color,it felt like she just swiped me across like on a mobile phone. Ejected after buying $200.00 worth of stuff. I will never go back if she's there. This Monday around 12 .

Previously went to the Liverpool store. Rubbish customer service by the Liverpool staff & didn’t even find all products I’m after even though online stated they were available. Casula was busy, yet the staff still managed to bounce around the store checking with each & every customer to render assistance. I watched a male staff member by the name Shady approach customers & approach us.. he even went out back to check. He really went the extra mile above and beyond with his level of service, friendliness & professionalism. The store was a lot neater, even though it was busy it was a completely different yet better atmosphere than Liverpool. Will I be back? Yes indeed. Plenty of parking - no hussle & bussle like shopping centres.
We went to look for shoes for my brother and one of the staff members was really attentive, I believe her name was Me**** I’m not sure if I can write their name here. She looked after us and provided some really good tips. I don’t usually give good reviews to places but this was one of those times where I had to. Thank you for helping us!!

Rudest staff I have ever come across, will no longer bother with any rebel store. Older guy in the shoe section, I was clearly just a complete inconvenience to him to serve.
