I always seem to have difficulties when I shop here. Staff aren't very engaged and it's hard to find someone to help. Even online orders/click and collect always has problems. The first time they packed my order incorrectly and gave me the wrong size. When I went down they told me that they didn't have the correct size and my only option was to travel to another store. They told me they would call ahead and get them to put it aside for me. When I arrived at the Merrylands store they had no idea what I was talking about and said they'd never been called. The salesperson was kind enough to organise the order to be delivered directly to my house so I didn't have to travel anymore. More recently I organised a click and collect and I went down to collect it after reciving an alert text saying my order was ready. I arrived instore about 30-45 minutes after receiving the text and the staff couldn't find my order. After 15 minutes of searching they checked out the back and my order was yet to be packed and I was asked to wait around until they could properly pack it and process it.

I brought a home gym today and the girls were very lovely to me on the phone!! They helped me with all my questions and they even helped me lift the heavy items into my car. Thank you so much for your support today!! Very satisfied!!

Best rebel sport I've visited Went in on the weekend As always a good range Staff came forward to offer help Was trying to find a mouthguard and first member of staff politely and professionally advised they were not in the best position to advise on some questions and offered to get a specific colleague  Hamza then offered his help and then raised what had already been a great experience He gave great advice and followed on from his colleague giving great service showing genuine care Both should be commended

Great customer service today from Jonathon in the shoe department. The sizes we required were not in store but that didn't stop him from from giving great service and engagement, bringing out other styles to try for size.  Will be purchasing from Rebels online store due to this. Thanks

I think the customer service representative's name was Lucas but he and his team mate were so helpful and accommodating. I ordered a large parcel and were told to wait at the loading dock. Soon after they brought the parcel out for me and loaded it into my car. Thank you very much for your help!

Rang about a clock and collect and the gentlemen went above and beyond by meeting me there for a seamless pickup which is worth its weight in gold with kids in the car! Exceptional customer service!

This particular store is not as big as most in the Sydney Metro area. It's an odd L shop/store and it appears due to this they don't have as much stock as the other Rebels. Don't get me wrong they still have heaps but just in comparison to others not as much. The staff are nice but not too many of them.

A male staff member was quite rude to us when I had asked him if we could get a shoe in a particular size. We had actually waited to ask him for assistance because we could see he was busy with another customer, then when we noticed he was free and only watching the customer try the shoe on, we took that moment to ask him for assistance. When I approached him, he was annoyed and said in a rude manner and in a harsh tone of voice  “I’ll help you when I’m done with this person”. Shocked at his response, and blatant rudeness, we left immediately. He could have easily assisted us while that customer was trying on the shoe, or at the very least, could have found another staff member to assist us. Extremely poor customer service, and awful experience.

I like rebel but I have to say the prices at Wetherill Park differ to prices at Liverpool. They have a great variety though.
