Poor poor examples of customer service today. Couldn't read staff members name tag ( wasn't holly?) but was lazy and uninterested in serving customers although the store was not busy. Had to be approached for assistance, then provided incorrect information regarding size,and incorrect sizes provided to try on,didn't offer to measure feet. I ended up finding correct sizes myself while she chatted to a staff member from foot locker. Ended up being served by another staff member ( holly?) at register. Will not be returning in future.

Unfortunately, not a pleasant experience. Staff said we could refund and then it was not honoured. On trying to refund, instead of honouring their word, they were unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Clearly, staff are not trained properly, firstly to know what store policy is and secondly to understand what customer service is. I am very disappointed and would suggest to anyone planning on purchasing there to beware of what they say, as I feel they will say misleading things just to get their sales target.
