Today was extremely packed as tomorrow is back to school for some. We went in for shoes for the kids. We had really good , efficient and friendly help from Jessica. She was highly efficient and got the right sizes and some good choices for the kids of what was available. We were happy as it made the shopping experience easier and seamless for us. Thank you Jess!!. Keep up the good work. We definitely will keep coming back. I was happy with  both kids ASICS shoes and they had lots of discounts as well.

Please avoid going to Mount Druitt Insport and just go Blacktown unless you want to feel be-little.  Witnessed how poorly the manager treated customers of Pacific Islander background. Regardless of their background I would not want this happening to my kids. I was that frustrated I had to leave the store.  Asked the girl helping me and my son whom that girl was and they said it was the manager.  Manager YOU need to take a good look at yourself. AND in need of a re-train on basic customer service and approaching customers in a professional manner!!

Gr8 store to shop for kids shoes & what a wonderful staff. Especially JESS B who figured out that I was particular with my son’s shoe colour and price. She gave us good options with different styles and brands.. Jess helped us with the sizes and made sure we were satisfied. JESS B THANK YOU for your efforts you have put in to help me and my son today.

It's a bit cluttered but I think I got a reasonable price for track pants I will let you know about the quality

would rate ZERO if it was possible! my mum and niece came in today to return shoes and the language and service from one of your girls was disgusting. if youre not good with people dont work in retail!

Wow what an unpleasant experience, so much so I just wanted to leave, the girl serving me just didn't want to be there, lazy attitude, uncaring, angry attitude like we interrupted her daydream, made me and my daughter wait for at least 30mins while she looked for shoe sizes on two separate occasions, kid you not I checked out every store on that side of the mall while waiting, n still had to wait some more!!!! Customer service is just poooor, I would never shop at this store again, and I will make sure my family and friends never experience this sought of behaviour, I would rather pay $1000 more for not even great but mildly good customer service, pretty sure they got cameras out the back so she can watch people stew!!!! Might have mental issues??? In my opinion. Whole store needs retraining, the rest of the staff just stood there with there hands crossed over in front of them like that's normal intimidating behaviour from the girl.

Worst customer service  I have ever had in my life. got no help and when I finally got help they didnt even have the sizes !!what a waste time this shop is!!

Great place to shop fitness wear including footwear. I like their range of footwear, brands and prices. Great variety of stuff, good service and friendly staff. It is located within Mount Druitt Westfield which has variety of shops including some big brands. The shopping centre a offers big parking area, disabled parking and wheelchair access to the centre and shops. Public toilets available within the centre.

Had the best service at insport mt druitt by jess with blonde hair she was helpful and went above and beyond to assist my needs thanks again mt druitt girls you are great be back for shore

what disgusting service my mum had there today , really need to check your staff and how they talk to people . save your self and buy from eles were .
