Best customer service of any Rebel store. I’ve visited. Engaging, friendly helpful staff went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and even helped pump up the Swiss ball I bought. Harking back to an era by gone where the customer actually meant something to salespeople very impressed.
there was a group of annoying teens who i witnessed treating the sales girl poorly - practically throwing the stuff at her, interrupting her mid sentence etc. I was served after them and still the girl treated me with so much kindness and 10/10 customer service. Handling those sorts of customers and still having the ability to treat the next customer with such kindness and respect is amazing. This happened around 1pm today :
Horrible range of sizes. I'm a 14 and can't find anything that fits nicely. My partner wants to lose weight, and he's like a 42 waist, but he couldn't find anything that fit. I like their range of weights or such, but the clothes leave you wanting more. Hard to work out and lose the weight if businesses won't cater to any sizes that will benefit from it.
The girl that helped me find tracksuit pants from out the back was really helpful. Taking 3 stars off because the queue to pay at the checkout was really long and there were only 2 checkouts working. Was waiting in the queue for 15 minutes.

Went to pick up the rowing machine I ordered today, and was super impressed with the level of service they provide. Since it was a surprise present for my husband, naturally I couldn’t take him with me to pick up this bulky item. Niko was the one who helped me with the order pickup, and I was impressed with his helpfulness and friendliness. Moving the equipment to my car was a bliss. Thank you Niko and team
I had the best experience at Rebel Macquarie today! Taquira was so amazing helping me with some shoes, talking me through the features of each one. Even though the store did not have stock of the particular items I was after, she went out of her way to find stock at another store and secure the item for me. What a lovely employee - as a fellow retail employee, hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
Great service and selection is a pretty common theme with rebel, and the Macquarie store is no exception. Handy location just near Fitness First on the top level.
Big range especially for kids in a compact area. Staff are great too. A bit tucked away inside the shopping centre
Got a price match...but no friendly sales of the past who would provide good feedback on choices and explain options .
