This store is good. Consists of two floors of all sorts of sports equipment. I wanted purchase fins but the service wasn’t great. Also searching for stock on the system took ages and the staff couldn’t find the stock in store either. Still this is my no1 sports shop in Aus.

It's hard to find a useful staff member & the merchandise is pretty messy. Definitely not my favorite Rebel store.

This store is tucked away underneath the Apple store. It's underground, and has the gym smell about it. There are two floors inside. 
Since it is well hidden, I've often found the staff are a bit more patient and helpful. Probably due to less customers.
There is a fair range of sporting goods available, I can often get items I want in this store.
Because it is underground, my mobile reception is poor. 
Overall, it's easier to get into and out of than the other nearby Rebel store in mid city. I prefer this one.

I purchased a product online and chose the color I wanted because the store near my home did not have the black blue product.
I got to this store to get the product and figured out that it is not the colour I bought.
I wasted my time and money going there and waited for the staff to find my product in stock.
The staff recommended me to collect the product and tried to exchange it in the store five minutes from there and I lost more time because the store didn't have it as well and it is complicated to be refunded because of PayPal.
To conclude, I will be refunded only within two business day. I SHOULD BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.

I am not going to buy any product more there and I would not recommend this retailer to my worst enemy.

Like most large retailers, you don't get much help from staff unless you actively seek one of them out.  It is pretty much a case of reaseacrhing online and then going and buying the item.  There a re minimal staff in the store which I gather is due to upper management within Rebel Sport trying to reduce operating costs.  This make me laugh as like most retailers have a mantra that customer service is paramount but how can you effectively achieve this when you only roster on a skeleton crew? 
 The store has a good range of sports clothing and smaller sporting accessories (no large pieces of gym equipment) but alas the range is too large for the staff to have good product knowledge.  LIke I said, if you know what you want and do your research online then its a good store to visit.
