Came here twice in total, and I feel here is good for sports stuff. Mainly simple style clothes, and not the most newest style. But I can find some styles that I think are good. I found a very good hat when I first discounted it. The service is not bad, and I Love the special sales time at here.
Staff was nice all except ONE. The blonde dude with the mullet is rude and unhelpful. I gave him a description of what I wanted since I didn’t know the name for it. He didn’t listen and just said “No we dont have it” with an annoyed face. He makes me feels guilty for asking?! I asked another staff and they showed me where the product was. Just wanted to write this review to tell the store to check their staff’s attitude The rest of the staff made up for this though.
Such a large store over multiple levels, which can be a bit difficult to find something you are looking for although the staff were helpful. Because of the size they stock almost everything you would find in a sports shop. Located inside Broadway shopping centre but they have changed the entrance so you have to enter from outside the centre now
The staff here are on their A game. I always get impeccable service whenever I go here. Super helpful and very friendly. The staff are always happy to help and advise me with what I am looking for.
Very large selection so definitely something here for everyone. Some good specials on as well. Customer service left a little to be desired. Also, the shop is kind of awkwardly situated in the shopping centre, as you either have to walk through a number of other shops, or go all the way outside if you want to get here.
Waited over twenty minutes to be served, staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. Store looked and felt untidy.
Plenty of helpful staff but not enough on the registers. Nearly 10 mins wait on the line that wound down the stairs and into the store
Terrible service.Curly blond guy is totally useless. Might as well speak to a wall. You ask him for anything and he referrers you to a website ? What is he there for? To look good and milk the wage ? Cant even tell you were to find the items that you are looking for. Thanks for referring me to the website. I'm more than cable of doing it on my own. Useless employee, totally arrogant and hopeless. Might as well claim centerlink instead of working there. Hire someone who will do their job that they get paid for.
The shop is nice and big, but they never have any good discounts unfortunately
Was served by a new team member at the store named Kate. She was friendly and provided knowledgeable advice on fitness equipment which I purchased. I’ve since returned twice and couldn’t be happier with the team members and their attitude to service. It’s a refreshing change to have this type of experience particularly in a large retail chain store.
