Didn't have size in any of the soccer boots I was after and range of shin pads was poor. Staff were great though.

Poor click and collect service. Apart from taking a long time, I received the wrong (cheaper) item and only realized when it broke and I returned it for replacement. This store doesn’t provide the ‘bricks and mortar’ experience so I’ll just buy online (and I don’t mean Rebel’s website).

Lots of choices, but bad sevice-mind. When I was doing check out a staff at cashier not even say "hi" to me. I want to buy a backpack but there were no price on it and I asked her to check it for me. She did it lifeless and it looked loke she was not ready to serve me. Then I decided to buy and after the payment she gave it to me without asking I would like a bag or not. I had to ask for a bag for my item and she did not say thank you or anything to show her service-mind. Does Rebel change the standard? Because I always have the good attitude on you but this time it is quite disappointed for me.
