Good customer service , nice staff, and they always give good advice about cricket bats and size. Last time we bought MRF bat size 3, it is very good quality.

Fantastic place! Felt like a kid at a candy store with all the equipment in the world here. Special mention to all the staff who were amazingly helpful, proactive and supportive! Prices were very good too and there were things in all price ranges depending on your budget. Would highly recommend!  Brought my first cricket kit in Under 11s here and 19 years later the store is still just as amazing!

Has all the gear needed to play a season of cricket, football and more. Has everything you’d imagine, with great variety in stock, and lots of each product. Also has shirts for the different teams, and helpful service. There is also an indoor cricket net in there I’ve heard. Has a cricket museum too with some old-school frames and paraphernalia. Ticks off so many different aspects. Only frustration is with the somewhat annoying parking. Still deserves a 4.8

Be aware when you order online!  I ordered a size 6 S.G bat for my son. We got it shipped to Auckland. My son had been collecting money for a long time to buy it. We realised only after a year when we were comparing our bat with someone else’s size 6 bat and found out that it was smaller than it should have been. We measured it at home again and found it was smaller than a size 6 S.G bat. We paid over $300 NZ dollars for it. My son was very disappointed that he had to waste all his money on a size 5 bat which had a size 6 sticker slapped on the handle.Very unhappy with what  happened. I wouldn’t buy from here again. They weren’t honest when they sent a size 5 bat. Very Very poor.  Thanks for your reply, we had never purchased a size 5 bat but a size 6 and our bat is smaller than it should have been. We had also compared bat sizes with another size 6 S.G bat which proved that you guys sent us the wrong size. We had also checked the sizes for S.G bats online and ours measured the size of a size 5 bat. We had also seen another S.G bat of the same model in another shop and that bat was thicker, longer, wider, heavier and a size 6 bat. Also a size 5 S.G bat is 2 centimetres smaller than a size 6 S.G bat and that’s how much shorter ours was. So basically you charged us for a size 6 bat and sent us a size 5. Also as a big retailer in sports you should have known the difference between the 2 different bat sizes. I have attached some photos of a real size 6 bat and the S.G bat you sent us. I would appreciate a full refund because my son worked very hard for the money to buy it. We will wait for your reply.

This review is hard for me to write because I have been a long-standing customer since I started playing cricket as a young boy. Nonetheless, the quality of the grips for bats has declined drastically. On 3 occasions I've had to return my bats to get them regripped because some of the grips turned into a sticky almost sludge-like paste that has stained my wardrobe and cricket kit because that is where I put my bat. The worse part has been when I went to explain this to people serving me I was accused of leaving the bats in hot areas like the boot of my car which is why they "melted". This has not been the case at all. I even kept one in my bedroom as an experiment to see if that I wasn't going crazy and of course as suspected the whole grip became sticky again, while another grip on my other bat did not. I am really disappointed by this result and now I need to find another place to regrip my bats!

Was my dream as a child to go to this store! Dream achieved! As I had expected it was a wonderland of cricket gear with everything you could need! The staff were knowledgable, friendly and practical. Would go here any time I need cricket gear, why go anywhere else?

Fantastic range if cricket gear. If it is cricket i would say they have it. Prices seem very reasonable for all branded gear.
