Needed some Balloons for a new born. The lady who served me was fantastic. She explained and showed options and was brilliant for her suggestions. Service was quick and price was far cheaper than expected.nOn a quick look through the store while the balloons were being made up, I noticed that the store was well stocked. Access and presentation was fantastic.nI highly recommend this store.
I had purchased the wrong curtains, so I went back to exchange them and get help finding the right ones. After looking around for a while, Dylan assisted me. Not only did she help me choose the correct curtains, but she also went above and beyond by finding the right size sheer curtains and recommending the best options. She even gave me tips on how pleats work. I’m very grateful for her support—she was extremely helpful.nSonam
I was in spotlight at Campbelltown mall. I was as looking for curtains to keep the heat in during this very cold winter weather we are experiencing. I could not find the sizes I needed for 3 different size windows. There was a lady working in the area named Sheryl. I can’t thank her enough. She went above and beyond to get me the sizes I needed in the colours I wanted. She even went out back of shop to look for one extra large size that was not on the shelf. She also helped me with the rings and hooks for the curtains. She was polite, caring, and very helpful. It made the $990 spend that little bit sweeter with her service. Thank you Sheryl, you’re worth your weight in gold.nElaine
Not a good experience and dont think I'll be back if I can help it. I had asked for help off probably 4-5 staff members to help me find something no one physically helped just told me where to go which is not very helpful. I had walked up and down for ages trying to figure out where things where the lady at the counter was amazing she was absoloutley lovely and kind to me she was the most helpful but she couldn't leave the counter to help me physically. As a person with anxiety and a disability its extremely extremely difficult to navigate this store when staff cant take a second to physically show you where things are. I understand people are busy and there are alot of things to do but when your trying to figure out where to go and your not familiar with the store its not fun at all. Not a good experience but thankyou to the lovely lady at the counter who served me you made it just that tiny bit better and I felt less anxious.
I ordered a click and collect. Once I got home, three of the four items were incorrect. I called the store to organise for the correct items to be organised. They don’t pick up their phone.
