Above and beyond customer service with a smilennWhile shopping for a Breville Multi Chef we met Daniel at David Jones Miranda. Daniel was such a delight to deal with, with an infectious smile and so happy to help. Daniel was able to match a competitor price and offer some helpful tips on the product and its warranty.nnChecking to see if my wife Donna was a member to make sure the sale was recorded and handing a Chinese offering for good luck nnHuge thanks to Daniel!! If you are ever down in the electrical goods section, do your best to try and find him.
Great store, beautifully presented, tidy, helpful staff and quality products. They also have a very good range at this store, unlike the city which is too high-end. Shame they don't have a good loyalty program, but they do offer bags when you purchase and you definitely feel like you are getting a quality shopping experience here.
I had the most amazing service today at the Channel perfume counter. Abbie, was so attentive, and asked all the right questions to ensure I was walking away with exactly what I needed & more so! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is unsure about what product would match their needs. Abbie's attention to detail, professionalism and customer service skills were excellent
