This is certainly my new favourite David Jones from all Australia! This branch has the most friendly staff. Super laid back and just 100% lovely kind helpful ladies, specially at the cosmetics area, really lovely bunch!!
I recently visited the men’s section at David Jones and while the range of clothing was great, the experience was let down by the sales approach. The male sales assistant was quite pushy about signing up for a David Jones credit card, even after I politely declined a few times. It made the interaction feel uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience. I understand they have targets to meet, but I’d appreciate a bit more respect for the customer’s decision. I’d be happy to shop here again if the focus was more on genuine service rather than credit card sales
Looked everywhere for a pair of jeans. All other shops had clothing lines for $$$. Good old DJ's, always has the Levi's and at a good price. Service was great and done.nPitty I forgot service assistants name.
Shout out to Olga who works at the Clinique counter in DJ. I was there yesterday and she helped me choose a new foundation as my previous one has been discontinued. She certainly knows her stuff. She colour matched me to the perfect shade and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Olga, I look forward to seeing you next time I am in there :-
Great store, beautifully presented, tidy, helpful staff and quality products. They also have a very good range at this store, unlike the city which is too high-end. Shame they don't have a good loyalty program, but they do offer bags when you purchase and you definitely feel like you are getting a quality shopping experience here.
