Wow what an amazing customer service experience I got tonight at cue Miranda! I walked in and said I need a new wardrobe I have no idea what I want or what fashion I’m into at the moment all I know is I need a new work wardrobe! And that is exactly what I got! I was served by Dragica she was amazing! She just knew my body shape and what looked good! What an amazing experience!! I can’t wait to go back! All the ladies in the store were so lovely what a great team they have, there is a really nice vibe in there, thank you so much
Amazing customer service!! I rang Cue store Miranda as I needed an outfit for an interview. I spoke to Kat who was so helpful over the phone. I told her my size and what I was looking for and by the time I got to the store an hour later Kat had put away many pieces for me so all I had to do was try them on and decide. I chose the perfect outfit and bought it!. Thank you Kat.
If you want personalised service then Cue is the place to go and ask for Rema. She is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a dress that I needed for an award ceremony last December and Rema just brought over different pieces for me to try on and gave me honest feedback on what suited me and what didn't but most importantly she found a dress that was so versatile that I've used it multiple times since then so I felt like I got my money's worth. For the first time I had someone who took into consideration what I was looking for and made sure I felt comfortable, rather than just wanting to make a sale. I was blown away by that experience and it makes you want to go back to the store and shop!
What a bunch of Lovely stylish women. I dealt with Mel in particular, what a beautiful kind woman. She wasn’t pushy but honest and such a joy to deal with. What an asset she is to this store. Great options.
This was by far the best customer service experience I ever had. Going shopping with two little ones is stressful enough and in most stores you are usually getting frowned upon when entering. Not so at this CUE store. We only wamted to return two items but we have received a warm welcome and our little ones where offered pen and paper to keep them occupied while her mother tried on some clothes. Thanks again for this absolute stunning experience. Certainly will call in again.
There is some gorgeous clothing Cue this season. Their Spring Summer range is quite striking, very stylish and has lots of colour. I am used to seeing lots of dark colours in Cue so I was pleasantly surprised when I had a look around this well set out store during the week. Great window displays. Must come back for a proper looksee
