From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. Was impressed with the service here by the staff member Heather in the Kitchen and Dining department. I came here a month ago also on a busy Sunday and the guy that served me said he couldn’t find the item I wanted and didn’t bother checking despite stock showing. I asked a second guy and he went to the store room and found it. So today I avoided the guy that never helped me and went to Heather who went above and beyond. She offered help finding all the items I needed, then gave me a list of stores that have the missing items and when she saw that I’ll probably be driving all over Sydney, she said she’d have a look at their store room for stock. She took my mobile number and told me to give her about an hour. Not only did she find every single item, but she called me after about 20 minutes telling me the good news!nWe need more staff like her in Sydney where there’s been a massive decline in quality of staff across all industries! Amazing customer service from this young staff member who had no issues helping me for those few hours I spend in store picking out many items to purchase! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back on a busy Sunday for this type of service

The lady in Lancôme section today wasn’t in the good mood. I only asked how much is the product, and she asked me twice saying “Which one” so I answered twice , pointing the product. Then she said don’t scream, I’m not the one who is assigned here, I don’t know.  I wasn’t screaming at all. That’s all I asked “How much” ? So I left after that without purchasing. She didn't look approachable because I watched when she’s talking to the previous customer and didn’t look happy to serve. To that lady, if you do not know don’t have an excuse that I’m screaming at you. Just say “ I have to find out and please have a smile when you’re serving that’s the prefect customer service. Myer you lost a sale. I came today to your shop to buy Lancôme specific product.

This 5 stars are just for Ms Dee who works at MyHub at Myer and I would like to sincerely thank Ms Dee for her professionalism and empathy. Her support was the only positive part of my experience .

Thank you to the 2 beautiful ladies for your help with my gift today for my 10 year anniversary. Carolina and the lady from the perfume and cologne section. Keep up the smiles and the amazing service.
