Only one K-mart in Sydney that's open 24 hours. This is at Sylvania and it's very big. KMart is a place where we can shopping at a low price. There's also a free parking part. Overall, it was great.

Don't get me wrong, I do love to shop at Kmart but this particular store is always a mess. Their website stock availability hardly ever matches what they have in store, many shelves are just left empty and covered in dust and the customer service is very poor. I tried calling their store too many times regarding enquiries and no one ever picks up the phone. I left it on call to see how long it would take to get an answer and it went for over 20mins and no response no matter what number you call. Messy and Lazy, they need to do better.

Thr amazing part of this store is, they open 24/7 .nThis is very convenient store with huge space and lots of collection. Staffs are really good and friendly. They alwas keep themselves busy to refill the products, ehich is good for the customers. You will find variety of products such as kitchen items, garden items, utensil, cloths inner and outer for men, women and kids, shoes . They have huge collection of kids toys. Moreover you will get paints, pillows, household products, exercise accesories and everything you need for your lifestyle. They have table, cahirs, sofa, mirror and many things.nIf you talk about price, than its very cheap comparing to anywhere.nIts a big store. And every products are well organised and divided by aisle so that the customer dont have to rush for finding the products.nOverall this is very good store.

Do they even have a purchasing manager?? Lots of seasonal stock but have not been able to pick up essentials when I needed them. I see entire rows bare in some aisles. For example, I have visited on 5 separate occasions to buy those large ziplock reusable freezer bags and they are never in stock despite being advertised online. It is basically an impulse buy store because you can't plan to pick up anything specific before you get there. Staff are apologetic but won't tell anyone to correct stock numbers. Do better, Kmart Sylvania- this is such poor form.

Disappointed and I hope this gets readnnCame in to see whether my click and collect order was ready … got there and as soon as I got there I got an email to say my order has been cancelednnWent to the desk to see if my other item that was on there was ready ..nnThey gave me a poor excuse that oh we work with another store with click and collects and the other store didn’t have the stock to fulfil so we cancelled it which is strange .. I explained I placed the click and collect at your store so not sure why another store would receive this … she continued to say sorry I can’t help. I went looking around the store to see if they had the stocknnTHERE WAS A WHOLE DAMN WALL full of the item that I orderednnTook the products back and showed her the items were there her next excuse was oh they must have just put them out .. I said really because a lot has been taken from the pile .. very poor excusesnnThey were too lazy to even look so they just cancelled my order find staff who actually want to work and do their job correctly
