Some good products available, but service is non existent. Don’t bother going for custom curtains or blinds because you will never be served. On two occasions we stood around for 45 minutes waiting for someone who “would be there in a moment” whom never turned up. We left spending no money in the store.
Service was terrible. Bought fabric, the lady cut it to the length i asked for and just left it on the table. She never folded it up, never asked if I wanted a bag. Not friendly. I paid , she handed me the receipt and that was it. I had to take the fabric and fold it myself on my way out of the store. Won't be going back again. I get better service at every other Spotlight store I've been to.
I needed some iron on patches & satin for robe ties & being a sock collector found two pairs of socks as well! The lady at the material cutting desk was friendly & helpful .. That's really all a customer needs! Thank you
Not worth one star! staff are rude if you come across one you never find anyone friendly enough to help they look miserable! Wait time to get served and acknowledged is a joke! Management are hopeless to deal with guys avoid this store. I would not buy from spot light if everything was free!
We went into Spotlight a little bit lost looking for cafe curtains. A very helpful staff member noticed us from another department but did her best to assist and in the end we ended up with an amazing look for our windows at a very reasonable price.
Great range - only if there was an easy way to find what I want e.g. curtains of a particular size and type. Had to physically check all stock as it is all mixed up.
This place is horrible. The service is awful and all the staff is rude. This is the only spotlight that is like this. Shop is a disgrace and never have any stock. The staff actually turn away when you try to approach them and the manager doesn’t even seem to care about customer service or satisfaction.
It's close to getting to. With pretty much every household product to crafting & birthday ranges they have and they have reasonable prices and always have good specials which come in handy.
Looking for 2 colours that I wanted. Looking online is fine for other places but I need to see and feel the yarn. They had exactly what I wanted. The lady at the checkout was lovely
Not enough staff. I asked for some direction and questions about curtains. I didn't want an hour of there time just some advice and then I would be happy alone to cost something. Apparently 'the person' who could help was busy in the dock. I was asked ' do I really need help and the curtains are over there'... There not interested so I'm not interesting in spending my money there.
