VAL!! Was absolutely helpful! He is a legend, i just left and he was extremely helpful patient and efficient. I remember a year ago going to the same bunnings and he helped me too! His customer service is exceptional!
I came into the store today in hopes of returning a shower head that didn’t fit. I was served by Deb at the returns counter who was incredibly rude and passive aggressive for zero reason whatsoever. It’s understandable that in a busy period it can be quite stressful. But the interaction I had with her was very unprofessional. Won’t be coming back, cheers Bev
Love this massive store with such a huge selection.nnThe staff here are super friendly.nnThey had the exact storage unit I was after at a really good price and such good quality.nnThey have an awesome plants and nursery, a kids playground, tradies section.nnBunnings is always fun and I love going here after being in lockdowns for so long this was such a treat!nnHighly reccommend
I would sincerely like to thank Michelle in Reception at Kirrawee. After numerous phone calls trying to locate 30 units of a certain item at your store and being told that they weren’t in stock, I thought I’d try Special Orders. Unable to get onto them, Michelle came to the rescue. She asked me for the item code and my phone number and offered to go and look for me. Michelle rang me back within 15 minutes letting me know that she had located my request and that they would be waiting for me at the Service Desk. I can’t thank this wonderful lady enough for going far and beyond her call of duty! She is to be admired for her dedication and professionalism as she is a great asset to Bunnings at Kirrawee.
Kirrawee BunningsnnI was in the toilet/plumbing section and asked a worker for help, and I got a quick, unhelpful response as he quickly walked off This actually ended up costing me money because I had to buy the item essentially without any help, took it home, opened it, couldn't use it, and now I am not able to return it.nnWent back second time to try and get help from another worker, and they sort of helped but then when I was explaining my situation to him, he went on his phone and started checking his messages and the just walked off.
