The staff here are amazing. I left my credit card at home and couldn't get my card on my phone to work. The lady in the Bunnings Cafe, and several other staff tried repeatedly to help, to no avail and then shouted me lunch. Absolutely wonderful service, above and beyond. Thank you so much!

The point of Bunnings is that depending on the size of the branch they sell a similar range of products at every single store. And this they do very well. A very comprehensive selection that is well presented and displayed. There is no other high-street company that provides this kind of service. What would we do without Bunnings?!
They don't have enough staff to help, and it seems that they train staff to guess at answers to dismiss you, I was told several inaccuracies after being transfered from one nice staff member to another, its not the workers fault they don't know how air-conditioning installations work, bunnings need to treat their staff right and train and employ in the fields the company promises to give the best advice in.nnGiving the customer blatant false and potentially dangerous advice isn't a good business strategy.nnI went with the good guys they were cheapest and gave reliable straightforward advice.
