Sorry guys, dropped in this morning, my DeWalt Chainsaw has failed again so returned to Wollongong Sydney Tools, was three months last time under warranty and in the end they gave me a new saw, thanks but three months was too long, Well it broke again same fault tensioner snapped, returned again under warranty and advised will take months : Very next day blower battery 54V $280 odd already replaced under warranty died , took back to Wollongong branch sorry cant help without receipt. Took to Taren Point few weeks later sorry, can find you receipt but even though batters is only 2023 and picked up two months ago as replacement as original failed this one is month out of warranty, cant help, MADE in 2023! Again guys, this is not good enough, If I bought at Bunnings i would not be having the same issue with trying to get things fixed or replaced
My husband and I received great service from Andy on a Saturday ! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, providing good assistance and advice.
I want to commend the high level of service I received from Ali and the team at Sydney Tools Taren Point. Ali was extremely helpful and courteous whilst organising purchase and what ended up to be 2 separate deliveries of my items. Very impressed by the customer service of this store.
Never buy from Sydney Tools. Poor customer service and they promised a refund and will never do it and just keeping your money. My husband bought tools during boxing day sales, when he kept chasing and no one tell things were never available. The funny things were my husband take the parts but the staff never told me the power head was never available as the company stop manufacturing. My husband has to brought to parts back to the shop and do refund. We have waited the refund for more than 3 weeks and they said nothing can be done and you only have to keep waiting. My $2000 still not yet in my pocket and I said I need to talk to someone, they said no and keeping saying no. It is a high mistake to choose Sydney tools. Never never go there. for your own good
