BC Sands started as a small hardware store in Bexley in 1983 with 5 staff and 2 trucks. From those humble beginnings we now operate from 2 sites. An impressive purpose built 15,000m2+ facility in Taren Point, incorporating a yard with over 50 100+ tonne bays, a hardware store, warehouse and purpose built bagging production equipment as well as a satellite site in Mascot. We now have over 50 staff and over 30 vehicles, ranging from narrow bodied tippers to specialist crane trucks and a fleet of heavy combination vehicles, we are able to meet any customer expectation.
Our range includes over 5,000 products and we utilise the latest in technology and equipment to better service our customers.
People often say to us they see our trucks everywhere, this is hardly surprising, with over 6000 customers in the Sydney Basin we supply an expansive quantity and array of building products, sands, aggregates, firewood and soil. It is not uncommon for us to exceed 200 deliveries a day!

BC Sands 30 day account customers can order online. The trade portal has been developed to make your life easier with a range of additional, tradie specific, features not available to anyone else.

From simply borrowing a courtesy trailer through to utilising a tipper, crane or blower truck, we have the right delivery solution for your needs. We have over 30 trucks in our fleet, ready to deliver when you need it, where you need it.

Crane trucks
Crane reach across our fleet varies from 3 to 17 metres, so in most cases we can place your product exactly where you need it to be!
Most of our vehicles are available for wet hire (i.e. with driver) as well as deliveries.
Our crane trucks are ideal for reaching to higher floors of buildings, balconies, awkward access and crowded sites. Save time, money and labour by spreading product. Our cranes place your bulk bags, brick, blocks exactly where you need them.
Small - large tipper trucks and bulk haulage
Our fleet of over 30 trucks ranges from 3 ton narrow body tippers for tight access right up to 37 ton B Double tippers. We can deliver anywhere in Sydney and beyond...
Blowers
Blowers are the easiest way to deliver large amounts of product to the right place! With a reach of up to 100m away from the truck, a bark blower is the ideal way to get product to rooftops, balconies, waterfronts, steep sites, play areas and any other difficult-to-access sites. Powerful and fast, blowers also significantly reduce labour costs and result in more even coverage.
Blowers can handle mulches, softfalls, soil blends, seed mixes, garden mixes, compost and pebbles.
