Big and spacious, large variety of goods, clean ,well staffed , free 3hour parking, excellent location inside the lovely Miranda Westfield.nnPark on Kmart level 3A if possible, dedicated parking spaces reserved for seniors & parents woth prams. Also easy access to the escalator from the rooftop parking areas.nnTo avoid the crowds, visit after 7pm in the evenings.
Ruth at the customer service counter is absolutely lovely. I have been served my Ruth for several years now even back to when this store used to be a target. Ruth is always so helpful and happy always has a smile on her face. A very lovely lady.
Have tried many times on many different days to ring and speak to someone at Kmart Miranda. Not ONCE has phone call been answered! Very bad customer service!
Hotwheels - one of the best selling toys in the world and have been returning almost everyday for a month to only see this over and over again. Also asked a staff member about a seperate product not related to toys and asked the location and got the response “I don’t know” as they continued to stock shelves on an empty 9pm weeknight. went to get a few items today and went to pay. i saw the registers were closed and i usually stay away from self serve check out so i asked if the cashiers were open and then this women that looked like she was on drugs and was slurring her words and was very pushy and rude to me and proceeded to scan all my items on the self serve checkout after insisting i didn’t need any help. she had blonde hair was about 50 and had dark eye makeup and pinkish lipstick and had skinny jeans on please look into this this isn’t the first time this has happened and not the device i would like to receive at kmart
