I had an amazing experience at Kmart thanks to Cayden! From the moment I walked in, Cayden was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was having trouble finding a few items, and he not only pointed me in the right direction but also walked with me to make sure I found exactly what I needed. His positive attitude and genuine care for customers really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and kind. Kmart is lucky to have him on the team—thank you, Cayden!
Friday the 18th of July, a lady, short red hair standing at the front with no name tag was just standing there so I proceeded to ask her if she has a coin for the trolley she rudely ignored me. Again I politely asked her do you have a coin for the trolley? Her answer was go get a trolley in the car park or go to cloes. Excuse me Amanda but I’m on level 3 why the hell would I go back all the way down to the car park to get a trolley?! So then I take matters into my own hands and politely ask the front desk, Excuse me do u have a coin for the trolley about three employees told me that Amanda should have given me a coin for the trolley. PS checkout staff were so helpful I literally had to wait for a sliver coin for the trolley when this whole situation could have so been avoided. KMART please don’t hire rude people like Amanda at Miranda yes Amanda I’m talking about u!!!!!
Big and spacious, large variety of goods, clean ,well staffed , free 3hour parking, excellent location inside the lovely Miranda Westfield.nnPark on Kmart level 3A if possible, dedicated parking spaces reserved for seniors & parents woth prams. Also easy access to the escalator from the rooftop parking areas.nnTo avoid the crowds, visit after 7pm in the evenings.
Joel from the service desk at Kmart Miranda should be highly commended for his great customer service. It was refreshing to receive such amazing service. I also witnessed him deliver the same wonderful service to others.
My visit at Kmart Miranda was so and disappointing yesterday. I left angry after getting to the pay pen it felt like a pen as we were herded in to the next available self serve machine to the presence of only one person on a cash register to serve you the good old fashion way . Those that did not wait , what would have been a lengthy wait , needed to scan, fold and bag their own purchases and then on the way out having to have their receipts checked.nIt was a shopping experience that has made me realise that the personal touch with a smile, a ‘hello, how are you? and a a thank you for shopping with us’ is more important to me than abetting stores like K mart putting people , on the floor , out of jobs.
