A month ago tried out their in store print facility. Ordered a 12 x 12 canvas to be printed in store. Paid and was told it would be done by another location. So much for in store. Would receive a text message and didn't.nTurned up and was told they didn't have it, between multiple visits and phone calls.nn- no we don't print in storen- we do print in store the lady is off sickn- we will refund youn- we will call you, called and was told to come in as they lost the ordern- went in to re do the order, missed a call they didn't leave a message. Turns out they did print it but their system lost all my contact details. They printed it the week before and only just recognised the new photonnWhat a mess, got there in the end. Seems like training could benefit anyone intended to be left alone at the desk with correct details.nnLearning to write details with a pen and paper is helpful.nnLeaving a voice mail is helpful, even respectful but hey that seems to be a challenge these days.nnCanvas print looks good. Not sure I can be bothered paying good $ and burn a month of time trying to get it done again
My wife and I been a loyal customer to Harvey Norman for many years. We put a deposit down on an outdoor bbq kitchen set. Out of our control our builder needed to make a structural change therefore the unit would no longer fit. I asked the furniture/ outdoor department manager to consider our situation and the cost of living right now. We did not request the refund of our deposit instead a store credit for the amount. This was considered by two staff members and outright refused. This is such a disappointing outcome. We have had our money taken and no product from this store.
Sarah is fabulous! Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable and we will be back to shop here because of her! ps she has a lovely scent, we love her perfume, it’s light and not overpowering
