My wife and I went to Harvey Norman Caringbah on the weekend looking for a robot vacuum. We were extremely impressed with the customer service. I was advised to visit my nearest store to have a malfunctioning battery checked. Following this advice, I went to Harvey Norman Caringbah at approximately 3:40 pm.nnI spoke with a member of the technical team who identified himself as Steve. He advised that he could not assist because the product was dispatched from the Moore Park store. I explained that the email I received specifically instructed me to visit my nearest store and attempted to show him this email; however, Steve did not review it and disregarded my explanation.nnThe interaction lasted no more than two minutes. Steve then returned to the back room without offering any further assistance or alternative solution. Throughout the exchange, he appeared impatient and dismissive, and the matter remained unresolved.
