Just went in to get some photos enlarged as Christmas gifts.  Girl chucked a phone lead at me and said do it on the machine.  I told her I did'nt know how.  She just re-iterated do it on the machine.  Was far more interested in talking and giggling with male workers.
I couldn't download the photo from messenger and walked out.  I'm angry.

I bought a samsung galaxy s8 last saturday and paid to have it set up. At that point I was very very impressed with the staff member, Sean. By Sunday night I had managed to completely lock my phone and was very close to swearing point. All my fault. Brought it back to HN and without any sqibbles Sean worked on the phone for nearly 2 hours to get it back to the condition it was in Saturday. I am amazed at how good the service was and will stop saying only American companies understand good service. HN , or at least Sean, really understands it. Thanks x 1000000000 Sean

Terrible service from in store to delivery. Was missing an item on delivery day and they claimed I already picked it up. Later realised they made a mistake but I had to drive all the way down there to pick it up myself. Delivery drivers have limited vocabulary. “No” is this only word in his dictionary. Dropped the mattress on the ground and refused to do anything else. Even refused to take my payment and I had to call up the store myself. Definitely not up to the standards of other Harvey Norman stores where drivers helped with unpacking and moving, not to mention being able to pay via a mobile eftpos terminal the other drivers had.

Went there very welcoming someone came to us and helped us quickly and recommended us a very good mattress even giving us a big discount $2099 to $630, even helped us with the pickup the day later Customer Service 10/10  Price 10/10 Would GO again
