Have shopped at Harvey Norman Caringbah for over 20 yearsa went  on Friday afternoon bought a product staff made it easy they scheduled the delivery for today,  the customer service with keeping me updated was great received a message saturday with the expected timeframe  for delivery. Then this morning received a call from Marco the delivery driver telling me exzact time. Marco and Farruz arrived on time they were great with the information on installation very pleasant guys, with great customer service very happy customer.

Aaron @ Taren Point was the best sales person we have ever met! Quick, knowledgeable and highly efficient! The store was packed and he noticed us from across the room and sourced our product, took us to the counter and we were out of there is 5 mins. Thankyou

We hadn't shopped at Harvey Norman in years due to a couple of bad experiences but recently ventured back when renovating our bathroom and what a completely different experience it was this time! Simon and Jo were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went out of their way to provide excellent service. We are very grateful for their help and expertise and won't hesitate to purchase from here again in the future. Thank you.

I bought a recliner chair last week from the Caringbah store. The salesman there was so helpful it was such great service. The chair was delivered a few days later by Kane and Pete. They were very pleasant and professional and installed my chair and took away the rubbish in quick smart time. Excellent work by these boys. I give Harvey Normans 10/10. Great work. Thank you

Pleasantly pleased every time I make purchases from the Caringbah Store of Harvey Norman! The latest purchases I made were for the superior quality leather recliners x2 to match with the 3-seater I bought a year prior. Not only was I well served but granted a further discount with punctual and friendly service throughout my shopping experience- it extended even to the delivery personnel.
