Tried to return a hairdryer that was clearly overheating to the point of being dangerous, after a lot of discussion with two managers and 20 minutes of my wasted time they finally agreed to refund the money. Very poor management skills and customer service.They need to be trained properly.

Who in their right mind plays "new sensation" so godsmn much in one small place. The song is cancer, whoever thinks it's decent obviously is either high or deaf. Stop playing this god for saken bad song.
