Not a bad Myer per se, it’s just the little details that lets this store down.nnFor example, the lighting needs to be improved to make the store feel less dreary.nnAnd fixing the fittings that are rotting and replacing really dated carpet needs to be looked at ASAP. carpet been held together by masking tape is not a good look IMHO. nnOtherwise the store is clean and the employees very friendly and helpful.
I went there today to return a cutlery set that I've bought online, but we decided it's too much for two people living.nnI was standing in the queue waiting to be served, and the woman at the counter was serving a white Aussie lady and she greeted her and asked how she is.nnAnd while I was waiting after a few minutes, she looked at me and she asked, is this a return? And I said yes, then she asked what is it? I said it's a cutlery.nnThe lady who was being served started laughing, which I don't know why.nWhat's wrong with return?!nnThen when it was my turn, I was courteous and professional and said Hi, how are you? And she goes like, Good, what's wrong with it?nI said nothing, just change of mind.nnShe definitely discriminated against in me in the treatment for no reason, she made me feel like she is the owner of Myer, that's why she is showing dissatisfaction about the return.nnI thought it's Myer policy to have 30 days return, without needing to mistreat the customers! She is supposed to treat everyone with respect and be nice regardless of the transaction being conducted here, whether it's a buy or return.nnI wouldn't expect this here, especially in Roselands, where there is a big multicultural community.nnMyer Roselands avoid. The place is amazing there is employee named Tina helped us to get a special gift for my mom birthday. thank you Tina very much .
I went to buy clothes with my wife. It was closing time around 5 pm. We picked up some clothes for around $150 she went to pay and the staff charged her straight away. I liked the t-shirt for around $100 when we went to pay a different counter she was a really good ask about membership and gave me 25% discount. I just wanted to say some staff are really good and some are lazy.
