Big W is a great department store where you can find a bit of everything.  They have  economically priced fashion items for adults and children of all ages. You can also buy homewares, electrical items, cards, wrapping paper, confectionary, linen, books, camping gear and the list goes on. It's a great go to store in the Menai Market Place. This is a large store, well presented and the staff provide great customer service. Last night there was a 30% sale on all things Christmas so we purchased a Christmas Tree, decorations, Santa Suit and Sack, Christmas Chocolates and stocking fillers for really reasonable prices.

Very similar to kmart, this Big w had a better selection 2 years ago, could not even buy a roll of clear book covering, none in stock.

There was a good range of Christmas decorations and gifts. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Customer service! WHAT? Oh, some of the staff members just don't get it!  Absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed to say the least.

Much easier to find things here than Miranda. Helpful staff and "no hassle" refunds.
