Lucy served me today she was such a sweet girl so helpful. I asked her where the Lego harry potters were and she brought me all the way to them and pointed them out. It was so helpful i was incredibly moved by her kindness.

Sadly they have forgotten to have good customer service. One person can sadly make it all about corporation and not doing right by the customer. Judgmental staff member this morning at returns desk, rude and forgot her manners.  Could have shown kindness and at least greet customer.

Aweful attitude from Helen at the self-service desks. They were the only staff member there while the queue was halfway back out of the store. On several occasions, I observed her ignoring people who had issues with checkout only to go to others who had more recently had an issue then get hostile to the person who had been waiting longer when they tried to get her attention.nnShe would shout at the queue any time that a machine became empty, yet she was unable to use her store radio to call further staff assistance.nnThere were no bags easily available, people had to ask ger for one, which appeared to be the biggest inconvenience to her, to she extent that she would trow the bags the person requesting them.nnMeanwhile, 6 staffed checkouts were closed with no staff while the queue kept growing.nnGet more staff to open checkouts, and train those you do have on common decency, let alone customer service.

I often went here to get the toblerone on & on 600g the long stick version since it was the only store that’s convenient enough for me that had it in stock.nFor a while, I’ve been going there and they are either broken up into the 200g bars or not on the shelf replaced for the season for Christmas-themes stuff even though the online store says they’re selling them there.nI would usually try to find another store that sells them, but this is the only store close enough to a train station that “sells” it.

Can't leave the store without being accused of stealing, even with a receipt they want to check your bags to make sure you haven't hidden anything underneath your aldi sausages. And god forbid you don't grab the receipt or the machines out of paper.nnThe self check out I used had run out of receipt paper and the lady who used it before me was being harassed by staff over some bloody pillows. Way to turn a bad day into an even worse one.
