I urgently needed a GoGet smart card and they were the only place within a 1 hour drive that seemed to be able to assist me even GoGet let me into the van by remotely unlocking it but neither of the 2 emergency smartcards were inside. The staff were very friendly and knew what they were doing.

Worst experience. I went to collect the parcel and she was so rude. She said in a humiliating manner, “why you come here? I don’t have your parcel. Go to auspost.” infront of so many people. Infact I showed her that my parcel has been delivered to their address but she denied. So I have to return empty handed. Learn some manner.

Worst service, very disrespectful people. People giving more them 4 starts to this place are their own staffs. If a person wants to ruin their day please would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely my worst experience! Just went to collect my parcel and the lady was so rude and bad-mannered. She even mumbled I was annoying while I was standing right in front of her. The delivery companies should terminated their contract with them.

this place had a parcel delivered for me there one month ago - they do not answer the phone the do not have a email and im unable to get my parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very dificult situation

Wrost experience ever i had in my life. Went to collect the parcel but the lady was very rude and abusive. 0% customer service and no politeness. Ain't going back. I think the parcel agent should terminate the contract againt that shop.

They don't pick up the phone, very inattentive to customers. Not accommodating at all. Very frustrating to deal with this service.

Absolutely useless service in there! In fact not sure which is worse the service from them or the agency for a useless freight carrier! no... they deserve each other! if you can... avoid like the plague!
