I asked the rude man behind the counter is he could check my scraties here and grabed them and threw them on the counter and gave me the biggest sigh as if it was so hard to do this. I then said don't worry about and took my scraties and walled out and he mumbles something under his breath as I was walking out. What disgusting customer service. If you don't want to be there then don't be there!! I'm sick of bad customer service. Who ever owns this news agent needs to teach that man some customer service or replace him with some one that wants to be there. I have never been here before and I sure will not be going back. I will also be telling everyone i know not go here either..

Extreme bad customer service!  Don't go there. The old man at the counter was very rude, I went to play some lotto and when I was ready to pay by card he advised me first that his system is down and then told me there was a $20 minimum plus a 50c surcharge  ( in which there was no signage to advise this). I then told him I will leave it and he rudely replied I will keep the ticket here on the wall when it wins. Absolutely appalling behaviour!
