Was in need for some help with finding some fabrics and trims for my Halloween Costume pattern. It’s been a while since I had done a sewing project and the ladies that helped me were fabulous. When I entered the section Bianca was absolutely amazing! She was willing to give me a hand and go above and beyond. It was a little busy so her colleagues from craft Melanie came over to assist me and she was also fantastic. Not only did she help me understand my pattern but also helped me find some alternatives for my fabrics as I needed quite a lot. Both ladies went above and beyond when I was in store!nAlso a shout out to your worker Sandy as well because she was very helpful when it came to me needing to get some of my trimmings cut!
I always find it so difficult to decide on their products. They sell the same products of so many different companies. I feel the staff are not friendly.nInstead of asking me and trying to assist my search for needs, they push me away with their stock trolley, try right beside me and pretend not to watch me but are stalking.nThey are chatting with other staff for usual gossip and life but never assist if I don't queue up and say I need their help.nSince the staff were stalking me, I took items then really rushed to their register ‍‍‍ while they were announcing someone to be there to keep an eye on me at the registernnAfter I finished self-registering, I realised the tiny staff were blocking me out in between the way out towards the exit & another group of customers at the cash counter.nI got so freaked out when the tiny staff member greeted me with her little voice when I went past nnI'm sorry if I stay too long at the same sections each visit but I need to check the customer reviews before buying since Spotlight Essendon teams are so unhelpful!nKeep watching me
