Great range of stock. Sometimes due to it being amongst the Essendon DFO it's hard to park but if you can get there early it's no hassle. Staff can be hard to find at times but generally are very helpful and know there areas well.
Best spotlight North side! Filled with goodies. Staff were very busy but it's not their fault the company doesn't put on more staff.. The store was clean and well kept. Excited for my next spotlight adventure!

Great selection of baking goods and other awesome things I didn't expect but the staff are useless. I asked if the price for the European pillows are the same as the standard pillows and just repeatedly got told that "if there aren't any on the shelves they don't have any in stock" when I tried to explain my question. The service was exceptional and Lyn couldn't help enough. So much better than the staff at Caroline Springs. I'd rather travel further and get amazing service.
10/10 to Mark in the curtain department for customer service and patience with our shopping experience . Our completed our refund which took time and helped us get the right mix of curtains for my brothers new house. The service from this guy was excellent and I would hire him in my buisness in a heartbeat. Big asset to the team
Appalling customer service. Had the displeasure of dealing with a server by the name of Tonina this morning, who tried to tell me the item I am returning was not an able to be returned. The return policy does not state this item as an item that is not accepted. The server was lying about your company policy and being difficult while I had my 2 small children with me and I feel that is a very unkind and nasty way to treat customers who have done nothing wrong. The staff was rude and defensive and proceeded to call me names in front of customers as I tried to explain the policy to them. Disgusting display, for absolutely no reason. Please train your staff on the policy you advertise on your website and in store.
good products. hard to find parking close by as the shopping center parking is always busy.
My favourite store hands done! You could say my second home lol. Great knowledgeable friendly staff with plenty of stock. Awesome sales . On a negative I feel that they may be low on staff at times ....
A great range of fabrics here. Way more than a lot of other stores I've been into.
