i'm glad i didn't sign up with them. this idiot that does the sign up has an attitude and wants your money before doing anything. i went to sign up and he guy gave me the basics info, ask for my IDs, he took photos of it. played around with the computer quietly and then ask for my credit card. when i ask why he said, i need to pay the total amount, before going to another person complete the sign up process. i refuse and told him everything has a process. i just can't pay when i haven't sign the agreement forms first, and all the questions that may arise during the sign up process are answered. in all institutions and businesses, payment is usually the last thing after everything is sorted, that how it works. For them they want your money first to guarantee that you locked in. he became angry and insisted that i pay first because that how they do it there. i refuse and went to sign up with another company that at least follows some sign up protocols.

My initial experience setting up an appointment and asking questions was pretty relaxed. A week later, I called to cancel my appointment and got passed around a couple of times before I could simply cancel. I then received a phone call a few days later from a Splend representative to be spoken down to and asked why I wasn't going through with the rental. $500 isn't a small amount, have some respect for the choice a person makes to spend or not spend their money with your company. I get that you need reasons to improve your company, but have some tact please. Cheers :)

Not worth the "premium" price. Very cheap car, poor service and team who think everyone is an idiot and they are so smart. They have not provided any information which is not readily available online. Talk down to you instead of treating you like a valued customer. Team is still very green, unfortunately giving an impression of them being "cocky". Still have some time with them before the contract expires.

I paid $1000.00 excees fee to get another car for an accident which wasn't my fault. I tried to contact my previous account manager harry and he never replied me. Then i sent an email to insurance team with all details and still waiting for a reply. I'm waiting for my reimbursement more than 3 and 1/2months.

Excellent service . Professional. Good ethics. Good for new uber drivers . Tips provided to make more money as well. There was a MSR named Chevonne , you guys should contact her to get any sort of car . She is so lovely and helping . If you got any problem she will help you out . Thanks Splend team . Cheers
