From the minute I walked into the showroom the level of service was second to none. They listened to me and showed me the perfect products for my home. I choose the floor coverings I wanted, they bought samples to my home to check the colours worked, measured up and gave me a quote. The price was right, I signed the contract, paid the deposit, scheduled the installation. I was worried about moving the furniture and getting rid of the old carpet but they did all that. The floor coverings went down, no fuss at all. They were the nicest and most helpful people to deal with. I couldn’t of been happier with my experience. Thank you Solomon’s for the first class job.

I've had the worst customer service ever from this company. They are more than happy to take your payment, but just wait and see what happens if anything goes wrong. My timber floor boards moved so much, I could hardly open/close my sliding door. Some of the boards needed to be repaired, but this has left a gap in another area. Not what you want when its cost soooo much.

From the time I originally went into the store to enquire about what coverings I should choose to Donna coming to our home to give me her advice, I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The tradesmen that they recommended to attend to the fire doors and to install the product were polite and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Jen and Donna to give you the best advice and help with your floors.

Just had a new Karndean floor supplied by Solomons - hallways, toilet, laundry, kitchen and lounge . The whole experience from enquiry through to completion was great with no hiccups. We found the office team easy to deal with, polite, informative and knowledgeable of their products, with no hard sell. A special mention and big-up to Scott the floor layer - what a great guy and all round professional. Scott went above and beyond to please, his attention to detail is second to none. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our new flooring. Cheers to Scott and the team at Solomons for a job well done!

We have just finished renovating our house, we got our tiles and carpet from Solomons Maroochydore, their service was great and they are very reasonably priced:)
