I went into the store today and was greeted with the best customer service. Julie was so helpful. I was looking for a topper for our bed and she glad showed me all the ones they had to offer, explaining about each one in depth. She showed me the 2 she would recommend as I have a bad back and let me try them both out. After choosing one she carried it to the front of the store for me. I would highly recommend the Maroochydore Home-maker store. There service is second to none.

As a single bloke with no clue, I received help from a lovely lady today that made my visit easy and uncomplicated and I now have cushions and a throw rug that everyone asks where I got them. Great service!

I don’t usually do reviews but when people go out of their way to help the customer I feel it’s important to give the good feedback. Bec at Pillow Talk Maroochydore was absolutely amazing in matching my cushions perfectly to my rug and lounge. She was better than an interior decorator. It was so refreshing to get such quality customer service. Came in on Friday the 21st of June to pick up a click and collect for a mattress topper.nnStaff member sent vibes of more self worth than myself and made me feel little.nnShe went out the back to collect the item and barked at me to check it was the correct item which I replied “yes thank you”nI put my hand out to take the item of her when she revolting put the item on the ground and walked off treating me like trash and below her standards of a human.nnThis is my first time from buying from this company and my last.nnI should be treats as an equal not like trash.
