JB Hi-Fi Maroochydore HOME

This post goes out to Peter! I went into the store yesterday to see if I could get a wireless headset replaced as it was faulty and still under warranty and I had a copy of my receipt however the bottom portion was missing. The first person I asked said there was nothing he could do unless I had the receipt in FULL. Then Peter walks past over hears and steps in ' no problem, let me see what I can do' he walked away and came back with a receipt printed in full (he managed to use the information I had on the receipt and found the purchase in the system and printed a new one. From there he helped me with my replacement in a simple and painless transaction. THANK YOU PETER (I could have walked out so disappointed, frustrated with a product I couldn't use any longer)

This particular day I was purchasing a new phone. The sales person that served us was great. He had a great knowledge of the products we were looking at and also engaged in conversation with us beyond the sales talk. Would have no hesitation to return to this store again.

Easy to shop. Good quick service left all my Christmas shopping to an hour before things closed on Christmas Eve had achieved it. JB Hi-Fi you rock

Probably the best JBHIFI store. They will have everything you need. Probably too much as the store is slightly cramped. Always fun to go here.

Got served really quickly and the staff member went out her way to check availability and then made a great sale.
