I wouldn't send my dog to this store. 5 staff ignored us and not one person asked if we needed help and we obviously did as we were left staring at the TVs. We left in disgust and spent our $1000 at the Good Guys who were amazing. We were waiting for help for around 15 minutes without even 1 hello or greeting let alone actual help. the staff were not at all busy with other customers, but chatting to each other and being on phones did seem important to them. JB have the typical standard bad service that the Sunshine Coast has been known for. Thankfully stores such as the good guys are always amazing.

Cash in hand  wanting to buy smart watch. My only choice was definitely JB hi fi after the fantastic service I had received in the past. Having bought phone tablet air pods.nSad to say the no smile shop assistant was not interested and seemed to not b interested in helping me. So went to Harvey Norman and purchased the watch

Fabulous, enthusiastic patient and very helpful in his response as I was served by Matt at the service desk for a warranty on my Jabra Elite 65T at the Maroochydore JBHiFi Homemaker Centre.nnAbsolute champion who made my day and impressed on my mind, what I thought was going to be a long wait for another set of Jabra Elite 65T to arrive.nnInstead they no longer made them, and he suggested a refund Voucher and let’s upgrade. We did that and selected Jabra Elite 4 Active and he helped me with a good price, great set up and a new warranty.nnAltogether, he was efficient and well informed about the products and sharing personal experience with use of his own, had me sold. I am happy and eager to try them on.nnHUGE SHOUT OUT TO MATT.nYou made my day unforgettable.nChampion at heart

I have just had the most positive retail experience with staff at JB HiFi, Maroochydore. The kind understanding and help given me was nothing short of splendid.  Not only that, their technical expertise and attention to detail was exceptional Thank you Matty, Harrison and Pierre.

I was waiting near the checkouts for 20 minutes to not once get acknowledged by a staff member just to grab an item that was locked on a shelf. I didn't even get a nod or a look. Absolutely disgraceful staff as one of the biggest retailers in Australia. You guys need to do better.
