The staff is very helpful indeed. Henry went out of his way to fix an old vacum cleaner for me. He could have tried to sell me a new one, but instead he fixed the old one.  Well done and full marks to Henry..  I have recommended this particular shop to friends and will go back again, when I do need a new vacuum cleaner.  Great customer service. Thank you to all the staff at the Maroochydore store.

Wow. What a great shopping experience! I went in with a vacuum cleaner not keen on doing its job expecting the worst. The owner took one look, new exactly what is was and fixed it quick and easy. Such amazing service! I was thoroughly impressed. Will certainly go back for my next one!!! Highly recommend. Thankyou for your genuine and amazing service!!

Justin was absolutely FANTASTIC helping find the right carpet shampoo machine. What I appreciated most was he listened to my needs, understood what I was wanting to achieve and he then gave me options. I never felt ‘sold to’, I felt he genuinely wanted me to get what was right for me and he did everything he could to make that happen. I spent just under $650 on a machine I’m excited to now get home and use!  I will be recommending the store to all my friends based on the experience I had. 5/5 for Justin and Godfrey’s Maroochydore.

5 star customer service, the robot vacuum I wanted wasn’t in store, so the store owner drove to north lakes to pick one up and have it ready for me the next morning. That is just above and beyond in my books. Highly recommend Godfreys Maroochydore.

A beautiful family run franchise, very warm and welcoming! Claire was awesome, she helped me find a killer vacuum for pet hair and allergies - she was professional, friendly and had great product knowledge on all the ranges!

The service I received by Henry at Godfreys Maroochydore was first class. Henry was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Was able to fix my vacuum and didn't even charge me for his service. Our favorite Godfrey’s store! We travel from Noosa to Maroochydore to visit this store even though we have a Godfrey’s store in Noosa! The service is always OUTSTANDING! Henry is an absolute legend! So passionate and knows everything about all his appliances and products! He cares and wants every customer to walk out the store fully content and confidant with their purchases! Our only negative is he’s not operating the Noosa store! Thanks again for your amazing service Henry, you managed to get me a Miele part overnight!

The service we received yesterday was outstanding and really appreciated.  We used the carpet cleaner today with great results.

Purchased a Tineco Stick Vacume after noticing my Dyson wasn't really doing a great job!  Wow!! have really noticed a big difference in the way my carpet looks now.  Thanks to Evan showing me the difference between the Dyson & what the Tineco does.  Great store and knowledgeable staff.
