Had a great experience buying a mattress. Wendy stepped us through all the matresses available, even did a software mattress selection test. We are waiting for our new mattress to arrive and can't thank A Mart and Wendy enough.
Bought a couch in early 2018. It was a Vinyl couch that we were told would not peel like bonded leather. They sold us at the time the cleaning product to ensure it was well maintained. 2 years into a 7 year warranty, the Couch began to peel. Lodged a claim and at the time, they honoured the claim and replaced the entire couch. 2 years into the replacement, it did the same along with the matching ottoman. Lodged another claim for the same reason, they sent a technician who said to me he didn't think it was any issue I caused. But this time I was told by Amart that it was body oil that caused it to fail and therefore was caused by me. I told them I clean it regularly with the product they sold me, but they were extremely rude to me. I requested a second opinion and they abruptly said no. I lodged a claim with Fair Trade in QLD and they agreed it wasn't fair. Unfortunately Fair Trade don't have any teeth to do anything, so even though they made representations on my behalf, Ms Alicia Lahey advised them that Amart was "unwilling to offer any remedy". Warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. Go to Ikea, 10 year Warranty and they actually honour it. Never purchasing from Amart again.
Great service. Showed patients while we made our minds up, been in many times before, finally deciding on our purchase.
Wouldn't recommend Amart Furniture, I purchased a bed and two bedside tables. the bed was missing screws, one of the bedside tables didn't line up, and the other bedside table there was no holes for screws! I contacted Amart furniture and advised them that there was issues with the furniture, they asked I email them images of the bedside table and they would provide me with a gift voucher for the muck around this caused. I sent the images and received a response saying they have attached the images to my order, but didn't apologise. I responded asking about the gift voucher and got no response. I wouldn't recommend Amart to anyone as they don't provide quality products and also don't follow through on things they agreed on.
i was looking for office chairs and a employee came over and stared at us from the corner, we felt uncomfortable and left, weird experience, usually they offer if we need help, she didn’t, it was odd.
