Store manager will go down as one of the biggest clowns there is…bought a couch, had it at home for 5 days but it was causing back pain. So went back to store and wanted to exchange it for a more expensive couch. Was even happy to pay some sort of restocking fee.nnWhat was his solution…can’t help, not his problem, but I can help buy another couch….It was as though he was going out of his way to be unhelpful.nnSo with no way to return, I ended up donating it to lifeline.nnI recommend heading up the road and going to the homemaker centre - try fantastic furniture, plush, global etc…
Horrible customer service. Ordered a couch mid May and was told in store it would be 8-10 week wait, received the invoice that says 10-12 weeks so estimated to be end of August. Called the store to follow up multiple times and with our latest call have now been told it will be mid September which is 17 weeks. We have received no communication from the store to advise the delay and it seems any time we call it’s just getting pushed further and further out. I asked if we could come and select a different couch that is readily available and they said I would lose my deposit & I paid for the couch in full! For such a big company they are absolutely shocking and I will never be shopping with them again or recommending anyone to! If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would.
Absolutely awful products purchased a pair of bedside tables for $500 each they went mouldy, contacted store and customer service only to be advised mould isn't covered which I understand however don't sell products that are highly expensive and go to rubbish and offer no reimbursement!!! Will not be buying anythink again from this store in the future, terribly cheap wooden made charge a fortune and own nothing.
This is not particularly pointed at Maroochydore store but amart in a whole the Customer service is doesn't exist. I wanted to know some measurements and tried the chat on amarts Web page but the lady didn't know them and finally I asked her to email me when she was able to get them but she just told me I had to visit a store but I am over 1hour to my closest store she eventually game me Maroochydores email address which I have emailed on the 30th still no answer. Wouldn't recommend Amart Furniture, I purchased a bed and two bedside tables. the bed was missing screws, one of the bedside tables didn't line up, and the other bedside table there was no holes for screws!nnI contacted Amart furniture and advised them that there was issues with the furniture, they asked I email them images of the bedside table and they would provide me with a gift voucher for the muck around this caused. I sent the images and received a response saying they have attached the images to my order, but didn't apologise. I responded asking about the gift voucher and got no response.nnI wouldn't recommend Amart to anyone as they don't provide quality products and also don't follow through on things they agreed on.
