Beautiful store , great experience helpful staff. I brought a couch and a dining table and chairs and multiple cushions , I love everything I bought , the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful when big decisions are different and so many choices. Highly recommend this store.
The store is just beautiful, and such lovely products. The staff were very busy in the Christmas rush, and although I had to line up for a little while no fault of theirs, I was SO impressed with their customer service. The two girls serving were so lovely and attentive. Great customer service is so hard to find, and I really would recommend them. Very pleased with the store and the service offered. Will shop there again.
Love my new furniture...dining table chairs and console! Provincial staff are amazing as are their products! The best finish was Dixies Removals who were super efficient, friendly and took great care with the handling of my goods. Highly recommend Provincial Living and Dixies Removals AAA service all round!
There were 4 sales staff in the small store with no one there to actually help , we did get some vague service from one intimidated woman that decided it was to much to help us so she went and had a conversation with another staff member . I won’t be back and refuse to shop here even though I had interest some pieces for my new house We left disgusted with the service !
I can not speak more highly of the customer service I received from this store. I am from Sydney and they had the last few items I was looking for. I was served by Cheryl and she patiently assisted me over the spans of 2 months involving numours pictures, measurements, many phone calls and lots of questions before I finally made a decision. A huge thank you to her and French Provincial. Well done!
OMG what pretentious rude unhelpful staff. !! the elderly woman staff member only words are "Lovey". Pru straight out of Kath and Kim . the stock is mass produced copies from Asia , with a chemical fumigated smell , great for your china !! dont waste your time or money here!!
I have bought numerous pieces of furniture here , you cannot fault the service and attention to detail from the staff so friendly and helpful , many thanks again
Plenty of choices but all very bland and expensive, other stores have more variety and lower prices
Awesome store for your latest trends on home ware... the staff and manager are so sweet thanks guys best exprence i have had on the sunshine coast
