Snap Rentals

Terrible experience. Held our $1,000+ bond for 6+ weeks with no contact or explanation for delay. Bond has still not been refunded. Some staff originally told us it would be paid in 2-3 weeks, others said 5 weeks. Had to ring the 'airport pickup' phone line to speak to someone in the country, otherwise we were just transferred to a call centre in India only to be told we would receive an urgent call back. The calls were never returned.. I would suggest one of the more trustworthy and established rental car companies unless you enjoy loaning companies your money for long periods of time.

Useless to deal with. Terrible customer service...called 4-5 times over a 5 week period chasing my bond, every time spoke to someone in India and was never given a call back when they said they would pass the information on. Would definitely not use them again. Use one of the more established companies.

I would recommend Snap Rentals for renting a car that you need for your travel/vacation. Their Staff are very helpful and kind to their customers and response to your queries through the online chat. 5* overall. special thanks their staff Kevin for helping us process what we need
