We arranged to collect a car from Beach Road in Auckland. Omega agreed to collect us from our hotel on Federal Street ( after I asked nicely) and brought us to the office. We completed paperwork for the out of hours service at Christchurch ( next part of our journey) and then were presented with our vehicle for Auckland. Although the team were short staffed they were delightful and helpful and off we went on our journey. Vehicle return was straightforward and the shuttle service deposited us back at the domestic terminal. Simple and very efficient. The car was fine, exactly as we wexpected as we had booked the more ' mature' vehicle but it got us about and was great. Aloe. We used Omega on recommendation from a family member and were not disappointed. Thanks Omega.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is very rare these days for you to get good customer service anywhere, but it is almost unheard of to have the experience my family and I did at Omega! Junior (JuJu) assisted us and he as amazing. Super friendly, extremely helpful, and just had that good energy that pushes out to everyone around him. The rental car was great, prices were the best around, and it was very convenient for pickup and drop off (out in just minutes). Highly Highly recommended.

Polite, friendly, efficient service. Good value for money. I would suggest that you advise people about the return of the car to Auckland airport depot- allow for plenty of time for peak traffic and explain about roadworks.

Just what you want from any business large or small. We keep returning to Omega for rental cars when coming back to N.Z from Australia and I can't see that changing. Whether in person, via email or on the phone Omega staff are naturally friendly, very helpful and efficient. Aftercare is also exemplary and the cars have always been up to date, clean and never any mechanical or other issues.

I have consistently had a great experience with Omega Car Rental. I rented from this company in the South Island and thought they were fantastic, so I was happy to rent from them again in Auckland. The staff were friendly during the check in & check out process, and the car we received was clean and worked great. I highly recommend these guys if you want a good deal and a hassle-free car rental experience!

PS. Omega Car Rental is one of the only NZ rental companies that does NOT charge you a fee for returning the car at a different location than you picked it up. Other companies charge $100-200 extra which can make a big difference.
