Just simple direct good service. Being a nerd, I always read the fine print with car rentals , and have never a case where they were so readily understandable and readable. It was clear what you were not/getting and they stood by everything.(why not 5 stars? I never give 5 stars)

A solid all round service. No cause for complaint. Prices very competitive and the excess deal ($1500) was lower than many others.Car was better than I expected for the money. Happy to recommend.

The car we hired was great! Very comfortable, easy to drive and economical too. The staff were lovely and very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Ezi car rental!

Customer service from the time we picked up the car to dropping it off was EXCELLENT! The car given was spot on and ideal for our road trip. I would recommend this place for renting and no doubt will be using it again in the future. Keep up the fantastic work!

Excellent customer service at the Auckland City, Beach Rd location. This was a last minute rental during a high volume and high price time of year, yet the car was new and the value great. Thank you for helping to make our New Years vacation in Auckland, extra special.
