The worst company ever. Please do mankind a big favour and stay well clear of Hireace.  We booked and paid online to get our electric bikes. We’d planned the whole day to meet up with cycling friends.  When we got there we met the rudest and most person ever. Told us there were no bikes. And no one bothered to tell us.  She put her hand up and told us to be quiet. My goodness. A simple email or phone call could have saved us a lot of time and cost taxis.  Stay well clear of Hireace!

We hired E-bikes last month. Dec19, and had a fabulous ride down to Mission Beach, and over to Waiheke Island. Great service, great bikes. Fantastic staff went out of her way to be helpful!!! Highly recommend.

We recently hired a Nissan Nimbus for my wife my Japanese mother in law and wife's sister out from Japan. We travelled to Waitimo caves and visited Raglan on the way back. Von at the service desk was so friendly &  helpful ...when we arrived to  pick up the car we were upgraded to a better car the Nimbus. She also didn't charge us for a Navman GPS unit...and gave us an MJ CD to listen on our trip. When we returned the car she met us out of work hours to park the car at a cheaper spot than our hotel would have charged & she personally collected the keys of us. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and Von's helpful nature added to our experience ...

We have always used these guys when we travel to Auckland because they are affordable, quick and easy. This last trip we had our flight cancelled & had to stay in Auckland another night. When it came time to book another day with Hireace it was hassle free, efficient and sorted for us within minutes! Thank you guys!

I rented an electric bike today for the first time in my life. Von helped me get used to the controls and off I went. I headed to Helier Bay. Then when I returned she upgraded my rental to a full day at the same price. I had a fantastic day. Thanks so much for your encouragement Von.

I recommended Hireace to friends as they were conveniently located over the road from us. What a mistake! Our friends booked and paid online. It should have been as simple as walking in and picking up their transport. Not so. When they turned up, nothing was available. That was bad but to make the experience even worse, was the rudeness of the staff. A horrible experience best avoided.

I recently hired a van from Hireace Auckland Central and was very impressed with the vehicle and the service I received.  Everything was hassle free and the staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. I shall be returning here if I need another hire vehicle.

I rented a car from them about 3 years ago. The car had around 20 dents in it. Upon returning they claimed i had scratched the car inside an existing dent. They then took my 200$ to 'fix the scratch' but not the dent. As soon as i returned the car i knew the staff member was in a bad mood and would be difficult. Manger was not interested. Dishonest , dishonorable Business.  I would rather walk than deal with people like this again. AVOID. Be careful of fake reviews written by staff...

Had a wonderful experience renting scooters from Avneel at Hireace.  Specifically the friendliness and great customer service.  I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent some scooters in Auckland!

Would highly recommend renting from this branch! Good prices and it was the best customer service i have experienced renting a vehicle. If i have a chance to tour Auckland again i will certainly be a return customer here.
