Rented my car via Yourdrive to a someone. There was a issue with the car as it was involved in a minor accident. I had to email them 8 times to resolve the issue. After a month or so they resolved the issue and reimbursed for the repairs. Secondly, refered a mate they advetised that they would be issuing a referal voucher but dint receive one. When email them for the voucher no response. Poor communication from their end.

Was big help to have the van brought to us at the airport so we could just load up and be on our way. The van was clean and roomy. All went very smoothly.

Great company, plenty of rental cars to choose from at great prices. So convenient and easy to be able to rent from a real person rather than a traditional rental company.

Such a bad service. Deducted money from my card and then cancelled the booking after one month Thieves . Still did int pay my money back
