Bargain Rental Cars is a reliable option for car rentals. Their location is convenient, allowing easy access to buses and the staff provides excellent customer service. The process of picking up and returning the car is hassle-free. Although the car itself, in our case a 2008 Mazda, was showing signs of age with exterior scratches, it performed well throughout our rental period. While the vehicle may not have been brand new, it met our needs adequately. Overall, Bargain Rental Cars is a great choice for your rental needs. Service: Car:
Quick and easy. I did most of process online, but the people at pick-up and drop off both Grey Lynn were friendly and nice. Nice car at a good price. I’d be come back again.
Very happy with this company. we arrived early to pick up car and they were very happy to change the pickup time. The place was easy to find, the car was a great little city run about and was a hybrid which I was very happy to get. They were also very good about having my husband as the extra driver as I was incapable because of shoulder operation.
Worst service ever. Booked a car but recieved an email about unavailability of the advertised and booked car. Instead of working something out they offered us another car at much higher price. We called back the same minute to confirm, and then the option is not even available anymore. Third option was offered. On top of that we need to pick it up nearby the airport, transport at own expenses. We also need to return there. Never again with Bargain Rental Cars, I would strongly advise to book a car somewhere else.
The whole process from booking to returning the car was quick and easy - also good value too. Great service by Keith and Libby, a very nice and friendly team. My request to extend the rental for an extra day was dealt with very swiftly by Libby.
Best value ever rental car company anywhere. At such a competitive price I wondered what I might get. However, the Prius was recent, clean and reliable. The Gray Lynn staff were courteous and efficient - what else would I want. Thank you BRC

Great company to deal with. Locations is very practical for me. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. And last but not least the cars are all well maintained which is very important. Highly recommend Bargain Rentals Cars.
Used this place to rent a car for our road trip around the north island and they were great to deal with! Super efficient, very thorough, helpful, easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. Definitely will be going through them again next time
Fantastic customer service, the car was clean and ready to go - returning it was no problem, too. The car itself was awesome on petrol - we only used around 1/4 of a tank after travelling from Auckland CBD to Puhoi, Omaha beach, Leigh and then back to Auckland.
