Rented a vehicle over the xmas period of 2015. Although it was a cheap rental, the air conditioning was broken, cd player not working, and the front passenger automatic window was faulty. Spent the first day of our holiday having the air conditioning fixed and paying out of own pocket (though we were reimbursed upon return of the vehicle) since there were no other vehicles available in their fleet. They at first tried to brush us off, saying that they have gone without air conditioning before in their own vehicles and were fine - that's not the point. We paid for a vehicle with the mentioned features and they didn't work. After being told by a staff member that we would be more than compensated after returning the vehicle, we were then offered a $16 refund - off a 9 day rental of nearly $500. Don't bother with this company, you're better off walking.
