So accommodating and willing to make changes to costumes on the spot. If a little extra work needed, then you can collect a little later. A huge choice of costumes and they are willing to go the extra mile. Yes it is small and crowded, but this is half the fun trawling through things. This is my go to place for all costumes etc. A little treasure in Cleveland.

DONT GO TO THIS DUMP IF YOU WANT A GOOD COSTUME. The costume that I was planning on hiring was old and dirty. And the lady that served me was a bitter old Cronk. She didn't seem happy to be there at all. Was very appalled by the way the place was set up didn't seem like a shop at all, just a little thing in someone's garage. It smelled like cats pee and was very gloomy. I was so disappointed I left and went to A Hidden Identity Costumes in Cleveland. The lady that worked there was very polite and helped me find just what I was looking for. They sell their costumes instead of hiring which is much more hygienic as I know that 100 other people didn't wear it before me. Definitely Recommend A Hidden Identity Over This Dump.

Awesome costume hire! Great prices and always cater to any kind of costumes needed. Ive been going here all through my highschool drama class years and any themed parties! Everything made and looked after with love and amazing costumer service. Loves this place and recommend it to anyone ✔👗🎩

I was really happy with the quality of the costumes. Everything was clean and so amazing. My husband found exactly what he wanted and she's so helpful and made accessories for my costume when she didn't have what I wanted. We will definitely be going back again.
